UK 1st Class Recorded: aims to deliver by the next working day. In the event of loss or damage, Recorded items are only covered for up to £28 compensation. Requires a signature on receipt.

UK CityLink Courier: provides full insurance and a guarantee of delivery the next day by 5:30. You will need to be present to receive the delivery. CityLink deliveries to Northern Island, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles incur an extra fee of £15 for 'Transits involving a sea crossing'.

EU Air and Surface Delivery: provides full insurance and delivery within 3-5 days.

Direct Drop Shipping: This item is normally drop shipped directly from our vendor or manufacturer to a customer. Actual stock situation is not under our control and is subject to change without notice. For drop shipped items, we currently do not provide online tracking. Please allow 1-3 business days before order is shipped. If ordered with other items, this item may be shipped separately.

We reserve the right not to deliver to differing card and shipping addresses for first time buyers.

If you have a faulty product within 12 months of purchase just contact us by e-mail. If after discussion the problem cannot be solved, we will supply a returns number (RMA).You then need to return the product to us at your expense. We will repair or replace the product and return it at our expense. If a returned product is found to be fault-free then we will ask for payment for the return postage.

Products must be sent back in their original packaging and with sufficient protection (such as foam or bubble-wrap) to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for use of an insured delivery service that covers the total cost of the item, as liability for loss or damage during transit lies with the customer.
