Shipping & Returns
We are based in the UK and most of our PCs are shipped to customers around the world. You can be confident that your purchased products will arrive in perfect condition, and covered by our warranty, wherever you are in the world.
We can only ship to residential and business addresses, and not P.O. Boxes.

UK Customers
For customers in the UK mainland, we provide free delivery for orders over £50 inc VAT. Just select "free delivery" from the delivery options when you go through the check out. We use DHL and UPS next day courier services.
EU Customers
We ship to all countries in the EU. We normally use the couriers UPS or DHL, which typically takes 2-3 working days. The UPS/DHL tracking shows detailed progress information and the scheduled delivery date.
As the UK is no longer in the EU we will no longer apply VAT when selling to customers in the EU. But VAT will need to be paid within your country at the standard rate for your country. You will be contacted by the courier (UPS/DHL) for payment of this VAT while the parcel is in transit, and the VAT must be paid before delivery. A disbursement fee of about €15 will also be charged by DHL/UPS. If you are a VAT registered business in the EU we will need your VAT and EORI number included when you fill in the address form. Some EU countries have a deferred VAT payment scheme to save needing to make upfront VAT payments on UK imports.

Although the UK has left the EU, you can be confident that nothing has changed in our warranty, service, and support to all our EU customers.
Worldwide Customers
We ship to many countries worldwide. The USA is one of our main markets, and our cart will show the shipping cost once the ZIP code and state have been entered. If the cart does not supply a price for your country, please contact us for a quote. We normally use the couriers UPS or DHL, which typically takes 2-5 working days. The UPS/DHL tracking shows detailed progress information and the scheduled delivery date.
When you select a non-UK country in the checkout the VAT (Sales Tax) is removed from all prices.

Power Plugs
We always make sure that power adaptors or power leads are suitable for the customer's location, having the correct EU (2-pin), USA (3-pin) or UK & Ireland (3-pin) plug. For worldwide customers we will contact you if we are unable to provide a suitable plug for your country, so you know what you will need to source locally.
Delivery Guarantees
We always use signed-for delivery services and take great care in packing our products so you can be confident they will arrive in perfect condition.
Returns Policy
You may return new items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not apply to software (such as Windows) if the licence has been registered. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The 14 days return policy does not apply to quantity orders or to tailor-made products that are not standard options on the website.
Each product listing should display the warranty period, which is 24 months unless specified differently. During the warranty, a faulty product is returned at the customer's expense and replaced and returned at our expense. If the problem is one of compatibility (which is very rare) then we will only refund the purchase and re-stock the item if it is in brand new condition and including original packing.
We take our support and warranty service seriously. In the event of a problem, we will be quick to reply and get your product replaced.
All returns must include a Returns Authorisation code obtained by contacting us. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
